Tobermory & the Bruce Penninsula

Summer 2019 my family did a couple day trip to the popular tourist area of Tobermory and the Bruce Peninsula. A beautiful area to visit.  For our trip we went mid-week which we learned afterwards was a wise choice due to how busy this area can get on a weekend.  Google map link.

Kingston Penitentiary Museum

In September 2018 my father and I did a road trip to Kingston to participate in the thorough 2.5hr tour of the Kingston Penitentiary Museum.  This tour is very well spoken of and we learned why.  It is very well ran and very interesting.  What helped make the tour so good was the retired staff that worked as tour guides in various areas of the prison.  To listen to them talk about first hand experiences when they were employed at the prison added an incredible amount of detail and interest to the tour. Montreal City – Fuji XT2 + Fuji 10-24/F4

In the summer of 2016 my family went for a short sight seeing vacation to Montreal City.  Since this was our first trip to Montreal, we kept things simple by staying at a hotel downtown that was just a short walk from Old Montreal.

With camera in hand, I enjoyed searching for interesting architecture (of which there was plenty) and interesting vantage points.  For this trip I took a couple lenses however I found that I only used the excellent street/architecture/landscape lens, the stabilized Fuji 10-24mm F4.
